Gripset XpressLay is a next-generation high strength reinforced self-adhesive PVC sheet that offers unique properties for waterproofing wet area applications, internal and external. At less than 1mm film thickness, XpressLay provides tensile strength properties of 13MPa offering standalone benefits and advantages for wet area waterproofing. The innovative self-adhesive properties of XpressLay enable the sheet to be applied directly over substrates and removed or re-positioned, without compromising the bond to surfaces or performance of the shear adhesion strength over floor surfaces. One of the primary features of XpressLay is that while providing high-performance waterproofing and vapour barrier properties, the tensile strength properties enable it to perform as a decoupling layer for tile beds, withstanding floor movement strains.- Rapid Self Adhesive Application

Gripset Xpress SP is a solvent free primer specifically developed with adhesion enhancing properties for non-porous, dense and smooth substrates. It is designed for use on both wall and floor surfaces, achieving high adhesion without the need for etching or using solvents. Gripset Xpress Primer H20 Plus is a unique 1 component vapour barrier primer designed for use on concrete, screeds and mineral surfaces. Xpress Primer H20 Plus forms a vapour barrier to prevent blistering and delamination of membranes associated with residual dampness and surface moisture, with its outstanding penetrating and adhesion properties. Once dried Xpress Primer H20 Plus will enhance the adhesion of overlaid coatings and finishes. Fast drying properties, this unique vapour barrier forms a unique colour-changing effect while drying. It is applied as a milky white liquid and creates a light green tinge during the drying phase before becoming clear in its fully dry state when it is ready to be overcoated. Unlike traditional vapour barrier coatings, once cured the Xpress Primer H20 Plus will not change the surface properties of concrete and mineral surfaces, ensuring membranes and adhesives will bond as designed.Uses

Gripset GC2 is part of an innovative sheet membrane system that provides high performance waterproof and vapour proof membrane with outstanding crack resistantant de-coupling properties. Specifically designed for external wet areas, roofing and specialised remedial applications. Consisting of fibre bonded fabric on the exposed face and heavy duty fibre backing on the rear face, GC2 forms a fast and highly durable waterproof system that allows surface toppings/finishes or Gripset trafficable coatings to be applied over immediately after the membrane system has been installed. A unique feature of the GC2 system is the anti-fracture and decoupling properties to prevent stress cracks from transferring through to the finished surfaces over concrete, masonry and timber substrates.
